“Our kid’s bathroom developed a leak, and I called 3 or 4 plumbers in or near Altoona leaving messages, but R&D is the only one who called me back. We discussed the leak and one other need my wife and I had, to install a whole home water filter. They got us on their calendar for the following Wednesday.

The Monday prior to our appointment, our water heater sprung a leak, so I called to see if we could add that to our appointment. Kim said that as they consider that an emergency, they would get to us within a few hours. So that Monday, they installed a great new water heater and looked at out other two projects so that when they came to visit us this morning, they had everything they needed to finish the job fast and accurately.

I understand that contractors, plumbers, electricians, and the like, struggle with scheduling, but they really took time to listen to our needs and made us feel as though we were important to them.

If I need a plumber, I would not call anyone else.“

He is always tranparent with what the work entails and what it will cost. And he always leaves the work area clean when he leaves. Richardson is my go to.“

I've used them a couple times and have been pleased. This time, we replaced our old reverse osmosis. Was mounted remotely 8 years ago and this time under kitchen sink. Estimate from a Home Depot contractor referral was 375 for the undersink only. Holt plumbing estimated $1,000, 750 to install new RO and 250 to remove the old one. Plus a couple other small task at a separate price. At this writing, Premier charges 125 per hour. I went with Premier and was charged under 300 for both RO units. Plumber Tim did an outrageously great job. Friendly, focused and excellent work. Definitely recommend Premier.“

“My furnace stopped working and I had no heat. I had someone come out to look at it but it was NYE and they couldn't get the part for my 21 year old furnace for a few days and I would have been without heat for up to a week. I contacted Bob at APS and he was able to get me a part and Rod came out on NYE and fixed the problem. The problem didn't even require a part, but the port the switch went into was plugged up, they cleared it out and I had heat! Saved me money for something that was not needed and I had heat that evening! This is something the other company did not catch, yet they were here an hour and half. Rod found the issue w/in the first 5 minutes he was here. He was friendly, and knowledgeable, as well as Bob! I am switching to APS as they know what they are doing, very helpful and look out for their customers! 100% recommend!“
