We went because we needed to replace a very old toilet in our home. David was very knowledgeable, kind and patient (we went several times with questions!). He was the best!!! We HIGHLY recommend him and will always go there for plumbing needs!
Great service. This place is great for old plumbing. Had to replace a faucet on a claw foot tub with 98 year old pipes. Went to all the big box stores to try to get answers to stop it from leaking, all came up wrong. Walked in to American Plumbing showed them a picture and he knew what I needed just by looking at a picture. Had the party on hand. So much knowledge.
Needed a part for a kitchen sink faucet. Was getting close to closing time, and would have not been able to make it to the store. And.. its Friday. Dave made some arrangements so I could still get the part and have sink back in operation. Above and beyond what most would have done. Thanks Dave for making my day.
