“We had a hot water heater replacement that was a challenge in several ways: size constraints, , and the desire for a ‘smart’ unit. From the girls in the office; to involvement by the head/owner to ensure proper specs/etc.; to the technicians you showed up to do the work, it was evident that they were thoughtful and cared about the and result, and customer satisfaction. I am truly satisfied, and intend to use their services from now on as the occasion may arise.”
