I had a great experience in Pella, Iowa! The girls are always so very helpful and accommodating. Excellent crew that work so well together (assistants and lab) . I had my 2 pair of glasses in an hour which was great! The place is clean and organized.
My only negative is the Vision For Less company offers a free pair of glasses when you purchase the first pair. The options of free glasses are only about 10 pair and they never get changed out. It’s frustrating….
We had a hot water heater replacement that was a challenge in several ways: size constraints, , and the desire for a ‘smart’ unit. From the girls in the office; to involvement by the head/owner to ensure proper specs/etc.; to the technicians you showed up to do the work, it was evident that they were thoughtful and cared about the and result, and customer satisfaction. I am truly satisfied, and intend to use their services from now on as the occasion may arise.
We contacted Robert to do a video of our home interior. He responded right away. He completed the video within 24 hours and made a change that I requested right away. I would recommend him 100%. By the way - the video was gorgeous

Great place to take your fur babies. I’ve learned so much, just in the few months I’ve taken my fur babies there from the Vets. You can tell he’s caring and loves animals. He takes his time and makes sure you understand. I also learned from the Vet who gave my Walter (cat) vaccinations. She’s great as well, caring, understanding of cats and cat behavior. Nothing but, good things to say about Pella Pets. I highly recommend the vets here!
Erica did a great job piercing my daughters ears. Erica also trimmed and styled her hair, and she loved how it turned out.
When I pinched my sciatica, it was debilitating pain. I came to Dr Van Hemert barely able to walk and crying in pain. I couldn't sleep or anything requiring me to stand or put pressure on the left side. Just miserable. He fixed me right up and I walked out after the first session. A few sessons later and I was back to normal in 2 weeks. Genuinely kind man with decades of experience. Highly recommend Russell!

Julie was absolutely amazing. She was so warm and welcoming. The whole salon is BEAUTIFUL! She has true talent as an esthetician, business owner AND interior designer! It felt like walking in to a VERY high end salon in a big city and still reasonably priced. I would highly recommend her, especially if you’re a first timer for anything!!

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff and service at Kinetic Edge in Pella. Over the past few years, I endured three surgeries on my foot, and after each one, I went to Kinetic Edge for therapy. Every time, they worked with me on healing; recovery; and building strength, balance, and overall mobility. I worked with Melissa in particular. She was excellent at listening to my progress; finding ways to tackle any barriers or setbacks I had; finding just the right tools, resources, or exercises to get me on the right track; and ultimately, helping me reach my goal of running again. All the while, she was mindful of knowing appropriate limits yet pushing me at the same time. I highly recommend Kinetic Edge!
You know the Squarespace ad on every podcast about how anyone can build a website? Well, you can't, haha. At least not anywhere near as good as Lesli at Pella Hosting. I'm so happy we worked with Lesli to build the new Habitat for Humanity website. I am beyond satisfied with the final product. She was easy to work with, provided really helpful suggestions, and didn't make me feel stupid for not truly understanding what the internet is. The price was less than I expected and it's so nice to have someone to reach out to if I have questions.
8 man crew tore off and replaced all the shingles on my house and my garage in less than 4 hours. My yard was completely tarp covered to prevent loose nails from getting in my yard. This crew is well lubed, and they were so professional.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I was having a moment where I wanted to shave my head. Just hated every strand of hair I have left. On a whim I called to see if they had any openings, without any true hope of it happening same day.
But it did! They called back and fit me in the afternoon schedule. Yay.
Located right in the heart of downtown Pella across from the pretty town square. Plenty of parking along the streets out front.
Loved all the live plants, clean environment, product choices, simple decor, professional staff.
It had been so long since I visited an Aveda salon that I enjoyed all thr extra touches even more. A quick shoulder and neck massage, super thorough consultation, fabulous hair wash, and styling after more consultation to make sure the cut was what I wanted.
They also have a massage therapist on staff. Bonus!
Kudos to everyone in making me rethink my hair. And hate of it. 😀

I took a pair of dress pants to the village cleaners to have the cuffs shortened. I am completely satisfied with the work that was accomplished. If one plans to take a garment to the cleaners to be altered, call first for an appointment as they are extremely busy. The employees are working constantly to remain caught up. I wish to Thank the entire staff for a job well done.
Well maintained golf course, with very reasonable prices. The fairways and greens are exceptional with just enough of a challenge. The clubhouse is nice and there is a driving range right across the street.
As an installer who has installed many different brands of windows - Pella Windows are by far my favorite. They feel like quality windows while you are handling them. I’ve also seen their warranty and service department prove themselves time and time again. I would highly suggest putting Pella products in your home!
They did an excellent job listening to my son and figuring out what he wanted!
