“We came home from vacation on the day before the 4 day stretch of 110+ heat indexes and our a/c gave up. We called them first thing in the morning, knowing we wouldn't see anyone that day, and just wanted to get on the list and hoped we'd see someone soon. They were at our house within the hour!!
