“We were extremely stressed out our heat pump of course went the hottest weekend of the year. We called Loftus out of Logan. Not only was the lady who answered the phone extremely nice! We can't say enough about our Technician Nick. Not only was he fast precise he was very informative. I learned more about our system in a half hour than I ever have on Google. The guy had patience of a Saint all the questions I lofted his way! Thanks Loftus we are now sitting here cooling off. Lastly the repair cost less than expected.
