Our tech, Nick, was amazing. He took the time to repair and install our ac but also explain everything to us. We have used Loftus in the past and have always had a 5 plus star experience.

Wonderful experience! I was thinking that our HVAC system was beyond hope and needing replacement, but thank you Jon for being professional and honest! He found the issue quickly and made the repair. When the day does come that my system goes out, I will not need to check anywhere else for pricing even. Loftus will always be my only “go to” for heating and ac. A++ Thank you!
