“Our heating and air conditioning units were installed by Novak when the house was built in 1996. Minimal problems over the years but always called Novak for service. Always impressed and pleased with their service so when we decided to finally bite the bullet and had our Heating and Air replaced we didn't consider anyone else. Installation was today and continue to be impressed! Communication from the office was great, workers showed up early but waited until designated time of 7am to come to the house and were very courteous, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!“

AMAZING if I could give 100 stars I sure would! Lifesaver for sure especially when it's freezing outside and your heater takes a crap on you in the middle of the night at some point I had planned on calling at 9am when they opened with hopes they could get us in right away as we have 2 small kiddos. He actually called me way before they were open saying he was able to be over within the hour! Amazing news as our house was 62 and dropping. He was fast prompt found the issue informed us of the problem and how to fix it said he'd be on the look for a part and would update me within the day on his progress. Not even an hour passed and he called stating he found the part and would be over within 20 minutes. It took him less then 6 minutes to have our heat back up and running smooth! Couldn't be more thankful for how quickly he moved in solving our problem! Will definetly be reaching out for future maintenance and would 1000% recommend!“

“LINS Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job installing our new LP gas water heater. Shane and Jack, with LINS, were on time, very proficient in removing the old water heater and installing the new one. They installed a new (small) section of the water line to the new heater with a quarter turn on/off switch to update that connection, improved the vent stack by screwing the pieces together, etc. They were neat in all of the constuction. We give them a 5 star rating! Thank you LINS!“

“Waiting to hear back from William for 8 days now. I have some questions concerning my invoice of $206 on June 17th. As stated several times we had a new fan installed by Dalton 11/26/2024. We also purchased on 11/23/2024 as a member. Justin who installed the fan stated that the membership was a maintenance membership and no future concerns as long as a paid the annual fee. I definitely need some questions answered about this charge. Richard Umbach“

“The Prull Group is the BEST! Strongly recommend. We had an issue with our rooftop unit in the hot summer and I own a chiropractic business. The clinic was getting hotter every minute. Called the Prull Group and talked to Jamie(owner) and he had someone out to our office within an hour. The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He figured out the issue quickly ran across town and got the replacement part and had us up and running in under an hour. I won't call anybody but these guys. “Waldinger was the sub contractor for installing the gas line to our whole house generator. Ryan had to install the gas line from the gas meter along the house foundation to the rear of our house. Gas line looks nice and level. Cleaned up well when completed. Answered questions and was very professional. Would recommend Waldinger Corp for this type of work.“

My friend was without air conditioning today with the July temperatures in the mid 90s. John got right out and lived up to all of the glowing compliments that I had told my friend about him. “I am home recovering from surgery. We found a leak in our utility room in the basement. Jenny had me send images of where the leak was & she was able to get someone to come to our home & fix it. They have always given us great service. This time it felt like it was above & beyond. I used them to buy 2 new toilets before surgery too. Professional & caring people.
