The coaches are friendly and know when you need a little push to do more. They're always looking for issues related to form so that you don't hurt yourself.
The members are always welcoming and friendly. I initially worried I wouldn't fit in, but everyone at the gym makes you feel welcome.
The workouts are always hard, but never get boring. I've been coming for about 2 years and I've only done the same workout 2 times if that.
I can't recommend joining enough if you are looking for a consistent way to get done physical activity.“
