“Great Service When I Needed It Most
I had an issue with my air conditioning and my condo was getting really hot, so I was incredibly relieved when Thrasher Service actually answered the phone after hours. They were helpful right from the start and got me scheduled for the very next day as soon as they could.
The service was excellent from beginning to end. They arrived ready to work, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had all of the parts they needed on hand, which meant they were able to get everything fixed without unnecessary delays. They were also friendly, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process.
I really appreciate the quick response and great customer service, especially when I was dealing with a hot condo and a stressful situation. Thrasher Service went above and beyond, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC”
