Contracted with Premier to add a detached garage to property. Objective was to match the new structure to existing. Flawless job! Adam and crew were superb start to finish. Very competitive bid. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced working with a contractor. No long delays between stages. Extremely happy with finished product. Highly recommend!

My wife and I did a basement remodel with Premier construction. It was hands-down, the best experience from a customers standpoint that I have received throughout the years of homeownership and remodel projects. All of the staff were very professional. They cleaned up the construction area at the end of the day. Communication was spot on. In my experience, contractors, lose sight with how customers feel during a remodel. It is a stressful experience for homeowners. Premier went above and beyond to make the remodel experience pleasant! From the initial contact to the completion of my project, PCS was great! Adam was quick to respond to my initial inquiry, get me an estimate. And the project manager, Josh, was great to work with and kept the project on schedule.To be clear, this would still be a 5-star review if it was 2019. In 2023 you get 5 stars just for showin up. Before COVID you actually had to do a good job! These guys did a great job! They didn't even ask for a tip either!
