Originally I would have left a good review for Trademark Restoration. I had hail damage after a storm and my insurance company did not want to pay out. They helped me get that straightened out and then put the roof up. This is where the problems started with this company. Normally roofs get put up over the course of 2-3 days. For some reason the crew assigned to my house took 7 days to complete, leaving me without a roof for 3 days before they came back and finished the job. After the job was done I had to walk around my house and pick up debris they had left behind. I found a small collection of nails and shingles and trash from their lunch. Gene listened to exactly what I wanted done, then rather than take my money and attempt to do the job himself, he kindly referred me to someone else who would be better suited for that particular job. Couldn't ask for a more professional response.
