“I was in having a phone looked at and saw the other services they had and asked if they could look at a microchip reader from the local humane society. I had it in my car. Bryce took it apart and checked the cords and the motherboard but everything there seemed to be fine. As he was putting it back together it would turn on periodically. He took the covering off the battery pack and 1 of the rechargeable batteries in the pack wasn't soldered correctly and was loose. He resoldered it and problem solved!! I would have been happy to pay more for him fixing it!! Definitely my go-to place for computer or phone problems, and microchip readers.”
