“Today my family met Jaymes, an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable employee who exceeded our expectations. He took his time to educate us, explaining the differences in our options and even showing us samples of the roofing. Jaymes offered us visuals on an iPad, tangible examples of all materials used and real-world examples of previous jobs/experiences that helped us make the most informed decision possible.

The most impressive thing about meeting Jaymes is company itself. The warranty's they offer are beyond good - we're talking 30 years on fiberglass and 50 years on metal roofing. They spend an impressive amount of time and energy into training their employees and my favorite fact of them all - This company is all about quality. The quality of their roofing materials is something you cannot ignore, no matter which type you choose, you are getting quality materials AND quality service.

If those reasons weren't enough for you - My family is under a tight budget and Erie offered us financial options that were beyond us, something we didn't even think was possible. They quite literally made something unattainable become reality.

“Our sales person was knowledgeable and helpful. He kept the planning phase of our project moving and kept us informed the whole time. He answered questions and provided options regarding the basic roofing project. He arranged for us to meet the Senior Roofing Manager when we had questions on how best to handle some roofing repairs, improving attic venting, and soffit refinishing.

The carpenters who did the repairs and soffit work did a fabulous job. They didn’t quite have the information they needed to execute the soffit work when they arrived, but that was cleared up.

I do hope the roofing crew got bonus pay considering the heat on the day our project was scheduled. 🤔 It was pretty brutal. We were provided an update including photos half way into the re-roofing process.

“Huge shout out to Chandler (the owner) for literally saving the day today! Woke up to a leak on the roof, after all of the rain overnight. On July 3rd, mind you. Chandler arrived within 20 minutes and fixed/repaired the issue in less than an hour!! He wasn't going to charge me anything either, this man has absolutely restored my faith in humanity. 100% recommended! I now know who to call for all of my future roofing/siding and home restoration projects! He even gave me specialist/contact names for other considerations around my house.
