“I’ve always wanted to try Pilates so I knew I’d love it here. My surgeon told me to try Pilates , yoga , and walking after surgery so I had to get in here. I have a condition that’s lead me to multiple surgeries over the past 4 years. So I needed to know about pausing memberships and they have that option which I’m thankful for. I just had a surgery 4 weeks ago and was nervous about being back but I went back in 4 days later and did what I could and challenged and paid attention to my body. The location for me is great. I love that I can schedule our classes on the app and even if I’m on the waitlist I most likely will get in. I love that it has 12 spots so even if I make it to class a couple minutes before class I don’t have anxiety about finding a spot like I was at my yoga studio. There isn’t a style of class I don’t like here. My legs have felt stronger and I felt confident enough to wear shorts this summer. I’m not here to lose weight but I’m here to challenge my body and help it feel better along the way. I just hit my 100 class in just over 3 months so I guess you can say I’m addicted.“

I especially loved how he opened and closed the class on a similar stretch to really help you see the progress you made throughout the class. Drew has a calming and relatable energy. He reads the room size and appropriately adjusted his program to accommodate ( not sticking your arms in your neighbors face lol) I def will be seeking out more of Drew's classes! Thank you!“
“I love this studio. I've done yoga and Pilates here and I absolutely love both but it really gotten into Pilates and if you're looking for excellent practices and training I highly recommend checking this studio out. You will not feel intimidated at all. The small classes are also a huge benefitto me.“
