I took Drew's level 1 on Saturday am. It was wonderful! I especially loved how he opened and closed the class on a similar stretch to really help you see the progress you made throughout the class. Drew has a calming and relatable energy. He reads the room size and appropriately adjusted his program to accommodate ( not sticking your arms in your neighbors face lol) I def will be seeking out more of Drew's classes! Thank you!
Trying yoga for the first time, I decided to join a beginner’s class. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the instructor was awesome and the group was so welcoming. Definitely recommend!
This place is magical, it is versatile there is something for everyone who wants to disconnect from stress. I advice people to invest on their mental health trying out some hot yoga ?♀️
