“I found New Dawn a few years ago and fell in love with the classes, the space, the instructors, everything! The classes have helped support me where I'm at and have helped me prep my body for surgeries and even heal postpartum. While I love the intensity of hot vinyasa classes, I really also enjoy the Warm Slow Stretch and Gentle Non-Hot yoga classes! I love that even on days I'm not feeling as strong, I can modify my movements to fit what I need for the day. I've always struggled with feeling judged while working out, but I have NEVER felt that at New Dawn. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, and the focus is on creating a safe, supportive space to practice yoga. Thank you, New Dawn!”
