I've been going to NRG for over a year now and LOVE it!! It is the only type of workout I've tried that doesn't get boring and continues to be challenging. All the instructors are excellent and with the smaller class sizes, you feel like you are being personally coached to be your best!
This is an amazing place to work out! Instructors are knowledgeable and innovative. The community they have cultivated at NRG speaks volumes about these ladies leading the classes. I never leave feeling like I didn’t get a good workout- they make classes effective and fun. Nicky also throws the best events at the studio!
