I highly recommend all the kids to take Rochelle's private class! During our stay at Kauai, our kids (11yr & 8yr ) took Rochelle's semi private lesson. As a parent, to be able to witness both our kids catching and riding waves over and over, was a pure bless.11yr was able to hop and catch the wave instantly. Rochelle knows how to push him out in the water with such a right timing in such a little wave. We took Rochelle's class once again on our departure date, and then we've witnessed him catching his own was with his own paddling was so magical.8yr, while she was not in the mood to even participate in the pre-session lecture to begin with, with Rochelles one little magic in the water, turned my 8yr into a instant surfer girl. She had such a positive experience with her first surfing experience!I must say I made a right choice of sending our kids to Rochelles private class for their very first surfing lesson rather than sending off to a general group lesson. Our kids both had such a positive time learning and experiencing surfing with Rochelle, which made them go back surfing day after day during our 2 week stay in Poipu.I'd suggest you contact and consult Rochelle Ballard surf into yoga, to see what classes she offers for you and your family needs!

We had a trip planned to Kauai in September of 2023 and soon realized we could elope while there. After considering a Southern California courthouse ceremony, Kauai became even more appealing. After researching officiants, I was fortunate to find Frieda Gayle. After our first phone conversation, I knew I did not need to look any further! We thoroughly enjoyed having Frieda officiate and appreciated her professionalism and flexibility in providing different civil ceremony options. It was also reassuring to receive referrals as well (site recommendations, leis, photography, etc.). Frieda made the process extremely easy even when it came to obtaining our wedding license. We continue to reflect on our Shipwreck Beach ceremony because it was perfect, and we thank Frieda Gayle for officiating and helping to make our day one we will never forget.
Cares about her work and takes the time to make your nails look perfect. Relaxing appointment and didn’t feel rush at all. I will be back the next time I am on island. Thank you!

Had a few massages throughout the years with Jess. She’s always accommodating to what type of massage you need. Just recently had gotten a prenatal massage \\u0026 it was AMAZING! she knows just the right pressure to use and made sure that I was comfortable with how I was laying the whole time. Best part is, she’s Mobile, so she was able to come to me with ease, with being 38 weeks pregnant you don’t wanna have to get up go drive around to find someone to massage you lol. Highly recommend her, you won’t regret it!
Theresa was able to accommodate me while traveling to Kauai. She worked with me twice while I was there for 5 total days. She is very skilled and gave me great cues. The sessions were challenging yet also gave me the stretching I needed. I highly recommend visiting her studio. Appointments are required but she was very responsive to the emails I sent ahead of the trip.

We used Superior paint in May of 2020 to have our interior painted before moving in. Noah did such a great job. So who else would we call for our exterior - Superior painting.Noah addressed all our needs and concerns. Explained in detail his process for getting the job done. His crew were great and cleaned up after each day of painting. Best of all we love what a great job they did! It's like looking at a new home everyday! Puts a smile on our faces. I had flown into Kauai with my mom for the week and my laptop froze. I had a bunch of work due. Thank God Poipu Computer Service was open on Saturday and Sunday for a few hours. The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything. I would definitely recommend this service company. Very trustworthy and honest. When I'm back in the area and am having computer problems this will be my first stop!

We had the pleasure of meeting Heather ofKauai Pet Sitting and Grooming in June.We were looking for a pet sitter to care for our female GSD.Duchess our German Shepherd spends 1 day week with Heather and on several occasions Duchess has spent a week at Kauai Pet Sitting. Heather’s staff is awesome!, there is a genuine love that they show our Duchess. The wonderful thing about having our GSD at Kauai Pet Sitting is the ability for the her to run around with the other dogs that are there. There is a gazebo in the play area where the dogs can relax without the need to be put in a kennel. The dogs are free to run and play all day!. A staff member is always in the playground area to play with the dogs. Another great part of having our GSD at Kauai Pet Sitting and Grooming is we can request a grooming session before we pick Duchess up.Don’t hesitate to call Heather at Kauai Pet Sitting if you want a great outdoor experience for your canine

I highly recommend Dr Davis. I’ve been going to him since I was in elementary with scoliosis. I even went to him when I was pregnant and suffering pain in my back. He is not only professional, consistent but is also very personable, sharing interesting facts and stories while leaving you feeling like a million dollars. I would choose an adjustment with Dr Davis over a manicure or massage…hands down any day!!

The facility is older and the steam shower is broken. It was still clean and the service was good. I like that the service (scrub, massage and wrap) was actually 90 a full 90 minutes. It would be nice if they had a few more amenities because it is a resort spa. The front desk gal was amazing-friendly and professional!
