I highly recommend all the kids to take Rochelle's private class! During our stay at Kauai, our kids (11yr & 8yr ) took Rochelle's semi private lesson. As a parent, to be able to witness both our kids catching and riding waves over and over, was a pure bless.11yr was able to hop and catch the wave instantly. Rochelle knows how to push him out in the water with such a right timing in such a little wave. We took Rochelle's class once again on our departure date, and then we've witnessed him catching his own was with his own paddling was so magical.8yr, while she was not in the mood to even participate in the pre-session lecture to begin with, with Rochelles one little magic in the water, turned my 8yr into a instant surfer girl. She had such a positive experience with her first surfing experience!I must say I made a right choice of sending our kids to Rochelles private class for their very first surfing lesson rather than sending off to a general group lesson. Our kids both had such a positive time learning and experiencing surfing with Rochelle, which made them go back surfing day after day during our 2 week stay in Poipu.I'd suggest you contact and consult Rochelle Ballard surf into yoga, to see what classes she offers for you and your family needs!
Love Blythe and her crew. Always so professional and you can tell they all like working together. Lots of laughs and fun but also they work hard and know what they are doing. I used them for years for yard work and many different odd jobs around my house and would highly recommend them.

I went in for a pedicure. My toe nails were pretty bad. Donia was gentle and very professional. She is so sweet and makes you feel right at home. Her salon is cool and clean. Many polish shades to choose from.
I will make it a priority to treat myself to her services when I am back on island.

My two dogs, an Aussie & Lab, had an amazing time while they were boarded with them for 10 days!! They got to play with all of the other dogs, we received daily updates and report cards, and reassurance whenever we needed it! They are the best!! Shoutout to Tanis especially!! Wonderful scuba! At least 20, maybe 30 turtles per dive and several eels, insane visibility, SUPER EASY (we did it ourselves, and it was actually a better experience!), although it was really shallow in some parts, making the waves hard to fight against. Still really good!
Mike and his team are terrific. They've done three home inspections for me and all were detailed, specific and thorough. I can't recommend Mike and KHIS enough!
I highly recommend Dr Davis. I’ve been going to him since I was in elementary with scoliosis. I even went to him when I was pregnant and suffering pain in my back. He is not only professional, consistent but is also very personable, sharing interesting facts and stories while leaving you feeling like a million dollars. I would choose an adjustment with Dr Davis over a manicure or massage…hands down any day!!
Dane was awesome! Helped us out of a bind while vacationing in poipu. Our Grandson ran through the Condo retractable screen. Dane answered the call and was here quickly, repaired the screen in short order. He was professional and courteous. 5 stars!

I really loved my experience here. This is one of the most fancy (and expensive) spas I have been to. My 90 minute sports massage with Makana was amazing. I also took advantage of the steam room, jacuzzi, ice plunge pool, and lap swimming pool (outdoor lap pools are my favorite!). I booked this on my last day of vacation as I had to check out of my hotel, and I was able to relax and refresh. I also had some tea and dried pineapple which was a nice touch. I would come back if on Kauai.
My name is Lance Brown and I have had the pleasure of being one of Mahina’s patients for well over a year. It’s hard to describe how differently I feel since my first visit and how much she has helped restore my physical abilities and my mental outlook after living with some physical problems for many years. I had chronic lower back pain and surgeries to repair both of my shoulders after decades of soreness and heavy use. Her ability to understand and discuss what my issues were and make a plan to correct and improve my mobility and outlook was so helpful and after eliminating my back pain and other areas of concern I feel greatly improved and so grateful for the experience. We stayed here for the second time last week. Really enjoy the resort size, location, service, quiet atmosphere and quality restaurant. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. We’ll be back.

Before I arrived, I spoke with Cindy on the phone and she gave me some great suggestions. When I got there, she was just as sweet and welcoming in person. I’d been dealing with some nagging soreness in my right shoulder and tension in my neck that was keeping me from fully enjoying yoga and swimming. Once I explained what was going on, Cindy paired me with Hope, (same name as me ?)
The spa itself is beautiful. The locker room was spotless, softly lit, and had great secure lockers. I changed into the softest robe and slippers and relaxed in the comfortable waiting area until Hope came to get me.
Hope is confident, and so professional (highly rec!) . We talked briefly about what was bothering me, and I immediately felt like I was in good hands. She genuinely cared and knew exactly what she was doing. She suggested adding a hyaluronic hydrating facial, and I’m so glad I said yes. It was incredibly refreshing—honestly one of the best parts of the whole experience and something I didn’t even plan on doing.
Afterward, I changed back into my clothes (sad to give up that robe!). Cindy checked in with me again, asked how I was feeling, and even commented on how refreshed my skin looked, which made me smile because I truly felt better.
The whole experience was exactly what I needed. I’ll be back, and I’m planning to gift a massage to a coworker for their birthday. Total win. Mahalo Kōloa landing Spa ?
