I was traveling in Kauai when my laptop suddenly stopped working—of course, right when I needed to get some work done! We called and left a message, but since it was near closing time, we decided to stop by in person. Even though we showed up unannounced, the owner was incredibly gracious and invited us in despite only working by appointment. Just minutes later, his magic fingers had my laptop up and running again! So grateful for his kindness, expertise, and quick help. Highly recommend!

I had flown into Kauai with my mom for the week and my laptop froze. I had a bunch of work due. Thank God Poipu Computer Service was open on Saturday and Sunday for a few hours. The owner was so friendly and nice. My laptop was an old one and my files that I needed got encrypted. He wasn't able to fix my computer but did assure me when I bought my new laptop he would help transfer everything to the new one. He didn't even charge me for anything. I would definitely recommend this service company. Very trustworthy and honest. When I'm back in the area and am having computer problems this will be my first stop!

We have experienced great care and professionalism with Poipu Computer and have taken all of our needs to Rashed. He is quite capable of fixing any problems. He and his wife are very friendly and we know that anything he tells us about our computer or any advice that he gives us toward purchasing computers , we can trust.
