The experience was by far the best we could have ever hoped for. My father passed away off island and needed to be transported to Kauai. Tricia and Chastyn made the difficult time for my family pleasurable. Everything went according to plan and they kept us informed continuously. The professionalism and caring meant the world to us. Borthwick Kauai Mortuary is the best. The Ohana at Borthwick provided amazing compassion and care while dealing with my father’s passing and his aftercare process. Not only did they fulfill every single one of my father’s last wishes but Tricia was so patient; understanding; and thorough with me during every step. I am so thankful for the love and aloha they provided us as we said goodbye to my father who spent his life on Kauai.
