First off you know you will recieve a quality haircut from Phil’s barber shop. They always provide great service. The front desk has always been kind and polite and professional. They have all the quality products for men and women’s hair. I personally look forward to seeing JOY! How can you go wrong with a stylist named JOY. She makes you feel comfortable and provides 10/10 haircut fade! The owner cuts his clients hair next to Joy and in my opinion and from Joy he is an awesome guy! Humble and hard working. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A QUALITY CUT FROM PHILS BARBER … if you don’t know, now you know!

Her work is consistently beautiful, especially with balayage. The color always turns out soft, natural, and perfectly blended. I receive so many compliments, and people are always asking who does my hair.
