So far I've been to Alisha of Kahena Beauty for brows and Sissy for eyeliner- both tattoo artists. The table next to me was applying lash extensions. She works very quietly. The shop is super girly decorated with cutesy signs inside the entrance. I had a chance to look at the white cut out panels suspended from the ceiling. Very clever and creative. They are located in the row of businesses with a vape shop at the turn in. For reference they are past Jack In The Box and one turn in before Shige's. They perform their craft on tables rather than recliners.“
