As a new mama, moments for self care are precious and few. The Bloom Room has been the place I’ve turned to for deep relaxation and holistic skin care. Krystal is that rare esthetician who nurtures your skin from the outside in—as a way to nurture your whole person. We entered motherhood on the North Shore of Oahu at nearly the same time, and our interactions during services have been full of the compassion, knowing, and humor that brings. Yet, I’ve never left the Bloom Room feeling guilty for indulging in her care. Instead, I leave feeling blissful, and with the hope that someone is taking care of her too.
I just moved to Haleiwa from Los Angeles/Manhattan Beach, where I had a standing monthly facial appointment at a well known studio. One of my biggest concerns about moving to Hawaii was where I was going to find a skincare home (priorities, lol). After a google search in the neighborhood I quickly found Krystal, and am so lucky I did! She is a wonderful esthetician, cares about the well being of her clients, uses clean products, and gives great facials. Her calming and caring demeanor really lets you relax and unwind in her tranquil, beautiful space.
