Tanya (the new owner of about 4 years now) was so AMAZING! She's so sweet, awesome customer service! Did such a great job reshaping my nails since the last salon didn't shape too well. Pedicure was amazing as well. Highly recommended, ASK FOR TANYA

Yesterday I needed to get my eyebrows and my mustache waxed I have been a little depressed and didn't feel like driving to my usual place so I decided to drive to Mililani which is much closer to me. I used to come here and see ivy for all my wax needs she is great I usually never had an issue. But when I went in I decided to gamble and not ask for her. I got this other lady who was all cute and dolled up. I was a little scared to see a new person but life's a gamble. I noticed she took a really long time then I'm used to. When I looked in the mirror I usually just check to make sure I don't look crazy so I just paid and left. They are just eyebrows so I usually don't pay to much attention just got to make sure I don't look like Chewbacca. When I looked later I realized that this is probably the best eyebrow wax I have ever had in my life. I really love them. I keep looking in the mirror like "dang what's a girl like me doing with these eyebrows" I don't know her name but she is gods gift to earth in my book. Also it's so cheap to get the wax there honestly I have been paying at least 10$ more for the same exact service but only because I get my other stuff waxed so I just like to bundle it all up into one. I will be coming back I am soooo happy with my results.

I removed stars for cleanliness. I reluctantly let the nail tech use the metal cheese grater thing to scrub callous. Then I watched her simply rinse it in my foot soak water and put it back in her supply carrier, then carry it over to use on the next customer who came in. Not a drop of disinfectant or anything. Won't be returning.
