I came here for an introductory with Heidi. She’s the sweetest and gave me a lot of information on the treatment. The machine they use is one of kind…. She’s the only one on this entire island that has it. So don’t be fooled by the imposters. After my introductory, I started my treatments with Tori. Tori is angel! She makes coming to my appointments fun! She makes me forget my ass is up in the air while she’s working on my legs haha
The treatment itself is non-invasive. So it doesn’t hurt. It’s like a heated massage.
Side note: these treatments take time and it’s not a one time deal. My thighs are appearing a lot smoother! Just in time for summer! I’ll update my post later with before and after pics.
I go to their Kailua office. So parking is easy to find. There’s street parking, or a whole metered parking lot by Cinnamons.
The treatment room is quiet, clean and private.

This was my third time at Haleiwa Physical Therapy. Kevin and his team are amazing healers. My shoulder/ neck pain was 75% gone after my first session! I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants to feel better.
I absolutely loved my facial. Viana is incredibly talented and has such a calming, healing energy. I felt so relaxed I had to stop myself from drifting into a deep sleep. I’m already looking forward to my next treatment, and I can’t wait to return for more of her services. I’m also obsessed with the in-house products she personally formulates. She gave me samples to try, and I’ll be purchasing them next time.

I am certified in pilates and teach at an amazing studio in NYC, but Carli is by far one of my greatest teachers! Sunset Beach Pilates is such a special place and when I am not on island my body and soul misses it so much. Most teachers will try to encourage you to turn on good habits for your muscles and form, but Carli is also always trying to turn off bad habits that we naturally fall into day to day - which is really where you start to feel a difference in your body! Post class I notice myself walking differently, standing and sitting in my body with more alignment. I never feel better than after some consistent work here.
We had a dangerous mess of an electrical issue at our home and Ronnie came to the rescue. He responded quickly, was professional, knew his stuff. As if that isn’t enough, he is an excellent communicator who follows through and does what he says he’s going to do. I cannot recommend this company enough. Mahalo Ronnie!

They took me out on the North Shore to scatter my grandparents’ ashes, and from start to finish the experience was handled with incredible care, respect, and kindness. This wasn’t just a boat trip... it was a deeply personal, emotional moment for me, and they treated it that way.
They provided flowers for me to lay at sea after the ashes were scattered, which was a beautiful and thoughtful touch. The captain was compassionate and patient, giving me the space and time I needed. He even took my camera and recorded the ceremony so I could share the moment with my family later... something that means more to me than I can put into words.
If you are looking for people who truly understand the weight of moments like this and treat them with dignity and heart, I would recommend Banzai Adventures without hesitation. They helped me honor my grandparents in the most peaceful, beautiful way possible.

Cab Spates has been giving me massage every week for around four years, and I recommend his healing touch for anyone looking to unwind and become reacquainted with areas of their body that they need help to find. He has helped me to become aware of stagnations and areas inside of myself that I was not able to find on my own. He is reliable, professional, personal, unique, and real. He is also competent and well versed in multiple healing modalities. There is only one Cab...and it is worth the experience!

Vera is very good at her craft and deserves all of her five stars reviews. I was nervous trying a new stylist, since I've had my share of bad haircuts, but Vera not only did a great job with my highlights but also gave me an easy to style haircut and blow dry. So happy to find a great stylist in Haleiwa, so I don't have to drive to Honolulu anymore...especially with the high price of gas right now.
This was my first tattoo, and I was quite anxious, but after meeting Ryan, he made me feel so at ease. He was so friendly and supportive, made me laugh, and did an amazing job! What a great soul! The shop was so clean and sterile too. I love my tattoo and will think of Hawaii and meeting Ryan and the rest of the artists at Pa'u Tattoos! Mahalo!
