My family and I chose Chris and his crew to do some interior and exterior fixes around our house and we are glad we chose them! They came every morning on time and sometimes stayed later than expected to finish some little "here and there" touch ups! “I had my windows installed about 1 /12 years ago with Tropical Wholesale. I still love them and find that the customer service is excellent with them. One of my screens clips snapped when I was washing the windows just recently and I didn't know how to fix it. Matt, himself came to my house and replace two clips and put the window screens back on my window. He was very courteous and professional. I see negative reviews about Tropical Wholesale but I believe it is just the competitors sending those reviews out. They get 5 stars from me.Debbie K“

“I had a mixed experience working with Diamond Head Windows. In short, the Leahi windows installed look great and seem like they will hold up against my harsh Windward side oceanfront weather, but the process took FIFTEEN MONTHS and was not easy.The sales person who originally came out to my home was followed by a different person who made final measurements. Both disappeared after the order was placed and finding answers to my questions was frustrating. I was then working with another individual in their home office who coordinated the installation team. Because of how many people touched my job, mistakes were made and many windows arrived that did not fit my spaces.I still need doors but will not be using this company because of how long it took and how difficult the process ended up being. I would prefer working with a smaller outfit with somebody who OWNS the job and doesn't pass it off.“
