“I can't express my appreciation for this location in words, on December 31st. I walked into this location with a simple question as they were about to close. I never intended to go there as I was going to the barbershop next door. I stated that I was going to a new year's party and noticed I had got a stain on my tux while unpacking, just inquiring if they offered same day service, because at their point it was going to be a defeat for me as it was getting late and I decided I wasnt going to find anyone at this hour. I offered to show the young lady the jacket and see if she had any recommendations on what could be done to get the stained out at home ( mind you my coat was Red) very noticeable, while talking with her, the owner's walked up and offered to actually clean my jacket right on the spot.I had no words, I have never been to this location before but I will be coming back if this is how they treat a complete stranger.I can imagine how they treat their normal customers.Thank you so much for saving my new year's eve party. “Tameka was so pleasant. I didn't have my ticket and my phone number was no longer in the system. She tried several times and in different ways. I told her I saw my comforter but the ticket had the wrong name, but had the correct last four digits of my phone number.
