“I can't express my appreciation for this location in words, on December 31st. I walked into this location with a simple question as they were about to close. I never intended to go there as I was going to the barbershop next door. I stated that I was going to a new year's party and noticed I had got a stain on my tux while unpacking, just inquiring if they offered same day service, because at their point it was going to be a defeat for me as it was getting late and I decided I wasnt going to find anyone at this hour. I offered to show the young lady the jacket and see if she had any recommendations on what could be done to get the stained out at home ( mind you my coat was Red) very noticeable, while talking with her, the owner's walked up and offered to actually clean my jacket right on the spot.I had no words, I have never been to this location before but I will be coming back if this is how they treat a complete stranger.I can imagine how they treat their normal customers.Thank you so much for saving my new year's eve party. The place is clean, everything works, and the team is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes parking is tight as the lot also has the gas station / convenience store. “I had a great experience with Lake Harbin Alterations. I walked in without an appointment to alter a few pairs of uniform pants, and they were able to take my order right away, which was a huge plus. The service was excellent from start to finish—professional, efficient, and attentive to detail.
