As a large man who's lived in the area for 2 decades, I've used every dry cleaner in the area. Most went up in price for people with larger sized clothing, Goodcent never did. Love the family that runs this place. They should give a Masterclass on customer service.”
“My daughter turned me on to Pio's. I hate ironing and will bring items here for a press. However, my daughter had a sweatshirt that she had messed up and asked them to clean it. The stains got lighter instead of being removed. Luis offered to pay for the damage, but my daughter declined because she didn't think the sweat shirt could be saved anyway. I appreciated that they were willing to reimburse her for the sweatshirt even though it was nothing they could have done to save it. I loved their customer service and have been coming ever since. Now my other daughter uses them as well. We are a black family. I could care less about someone's race as long as they treat me with respect.”

“Johnathan and his partner were very respectful young men. Not only did Jonathan ask me ny wishes, he explained the downside of them. They did everything I asked them to like leaving plastic on clothes even though I knew the risk. They placed boxes where I wanted them, offered to open which I declined, and placed non-salvageable boxes in my requested space. I believe I made it a great experience for them too since I'm retired Air Force and a Stand Up Comedian. I especially liked how they called ahead since I'm a day sleeper due to severe insomnia. Lastly, as a mother of a son their ages, I was concerned about the drive back to Atlanta so they eased my mind by texting me once back in their area. My experience with Renew on pickup and delivery was outstanding. Thank you very much for making this a great experience for me.”
