“Less than a week before my granddaughter's wedding, the venue hosting the event caught fire and was completely destroyed. Her wedding dress was in the building. After the fire was extinguished they were able to retrieve the dress. It was entrenched with smoke and covered with soot. I don't know how but Jay and the folks at Al's Cleaners were able to clean it and get the smoke smell out in time for the wedding. The dress was completely restored.Truly, unbelievable service. “Let's set the scene.May 7th, 2021. Prom day for my niece. She's at the salon. Her mom's a CNA so she had to work. My niece was rocking a two piece skirt with sequence half top. Make up at 2pm. Pictures in the park at 4pm. Prom's at 7pm. It's 1:45pm and the skirt needs a light steam to get some last minute wrinkles out. My steamer wasn't working because of the material. So I decided to use the iron. Finally getting somewhere using the iron and a pillow case. Yes! 5mins in, the iron loses heat then becomes cold. Calling cleaners to see if I could get last minute service and same day. No answer at about 5 different cleaners. She answered, she said yes, she got me in and made it happen. Thank You.“
