“I can't express my appreciation for this location in words, on December 31st. I walked into this location with a simple question as they were about to close. I never intended to go there as I was going to the barbershop next door. I stated that I was going to a new year's party and noticed I had got a stain on my tux while unpacking, just inquiring if they offered same day service, because at their point it was going to be a defeat for me as it was getting late and I decided I wasnt going to find anyone at this hour. I offered to show the young lady the jacket and see if she had any recommendations on what could be done to get the stained out at home ( mind you my coat was Red) very noticeable, while talking with her, the owner's walked up and offered to actually clean my jacket right on the spot.I had no words, I have never been to this location before but I will be coming back if this is how they treat a complete stranger.I can imagine how they treat their normal customers.Thank you so much for saving my new year's eve party. “What a lovely place! Friendly and helpful staff and a cool “vending machine” type of distributing system for the clothes. They did a great job cleaning my wedding dress, it looks brand new. The one and only issue I had was that the top of the dress was safety pinned to the paper of the hanger. I was nervous pulling them out! I wish they would have handled that with a little more care. Overall, though, will definitely be back.“

“Johnathan and his partner were very respectful young men. Not only did Jonathan ask me ny wishes, he explained the downside of them. They did everything I asked them to like leaving plastic on clothes even though I knew the risk. They placed boxes where I wanted them, offered to open which I declined, and placed non-salvageable boxes in my requested space. I believe I made it a great experience for them too since I'm retired Air Force and a Stand Up Comedian. I especially liked how they called ahead since I'm a day sleeper due to severe insomnia. Lastly, as a mother of a son their ages, I was concerned about the drive back to Atlanta so they eased my mind by texting me once back in their area. My experience with Renew on pickup and delivery was outstanding. Thank you very much for making this a great experience for me.“

“I've been using the dry cleaners here forever. Seriously, since the 90's. When I was an apartment dweller I used the coin laundry too. The place is clean, everything works, and the team is super friendly and helpful. Sometimes parking is tight as the lot also has the gas station / convenience store. It's worth the drive from Decatur.“

“I was recommended Pinckard & Morgan cleaners by another local dry cleaner - specifically for a wedding dress cleaning with a strict turnaround time. I eloped in a national park and my wedding dress was literally black on the bottom from the pavement and trails. I needed my dress cleaned for my local wedding with friends and family as I was planning to wear the same dress.

I met with Lisa and she set clear expectations and turnaround time. She let me know my dress wouldn't look brand new but they would do their best. My dress was ready sooner than expected AND IT LOOKED BRAND NEW. The team did a phenomenal job getting the dirt, stains, and debris out of my dress.
