Went in just before Christmas to dryclean a 60-year-old suit that belonged to my father, who recently passed away. I was greeted by the owner, who was very friendly and reassured me he could clean it without issues. We traded stories about our fathers for a bit and then I went on my way. The suit was cleaned and pressed immaculately by the time promised. My sister had highly recommended this drycleaner as I am out of town. Im very grateful to have made this business connection. I have been going here for nearly ten years. Owner has always been a friendly guy that spends time chatting with all his customers getting to know them. Nearly all the negative reviews on his profile are because he wouldn't let people visiting other business park in the few spots he has - that is within his right. I've been there on many occasions where the parking lot was full (including his spaces) from people walking into other businesses. As a business owner, it can be frustrating!Any issues I've ever had (only 1-3 over the years) with my clothes after leaving here, he made the issues right.
