“I love Dr. Rubin and his team! We have been going for about a month. I have had other moms telling me I need to go see him for over the past year. My son is on the Spectrum and has anxiety. We are actively doing OT therapy and therapy for his anxiety. However, within 2 weeks of starting to see Dr Rubin, I can already see improvement. Dr. Rubin's work goes hand-in-hand with what our OT specialist is accomplishing in terms of Ian's sensory processing and motor function. Since seeing Dr. Rubin, it's as if Ian's therapy is suddenly starting to click. He has become more conversational, he's able to articulate his feelings better, and he is less nervous about his routine therapy appointments. “I have been dealing with terrible pain radiating from my right hip to my knee for several years and was inclined to believe I needed to get a hip replacement surgery for that hip (my left one was replaced 2 years ago). I have gone to different clinics for physical therapy, acupuncture, etc. with no significant improvement. A friend recommended I go to Don at Body Mechanics. Don explained that my right hip was misaligned which was doing a number on my IT-band. He worked on aligning my hip and releasing the pressure on my IT-band. I felt immediate relief, amazing! That was 2 days ago and the pain hasn't returned yet. I'm very satisfied. I have recommended him to a friend with bad back issues.“
