Whoever answered the phone was rude and extremely unprofessional. I barely had the chance to ask if they had neurologist who specializes in Chiari Malformation and was told no before she hurried to hang up the phone? You guys need better customer support
Called this facility to ask a simple, professional in nature, question. The individual (female) that answered the phone was the rudest. Nasty attitude with a fake smile type of rude. Cut me off before even understanding the purpose of my call. No good business should have that individual representing their company. Shame on you POLARIS!
I’m still mad my second brain surgery left me with weak side mobility and they knew it I told them that after my surgery they six months later I lost most of my mobility on my left side I have drop foot and my left arm has no mobility at all
