“My experience with Ortho sport &spine was great Dr flood was very attentive he let me know that everything was going to be fine after my surgery he came back and checked on me that speak volumes for me I had to spend the night with a nurse and the next day I was sent to a hotel with a nurse where I was monitor I was taken back to surgery because I had excessive fluid leaking Dr flood was concern I was nervous but Dr explain what was happening and that it was going to be fine overall everything turned out fine all of the staff was attentive“

I assume the Buckhead location closes regularly after lunch Friday. No notice, nothing anywhere to inform you. As you will see at the end of the original review. This is my second attempt. I assume that is also why they never have avaliablity after 11:30 am. I can always get the other office on the phone. Get transfered, but never this one. Which means when the doctor forgets to call in your medication after an appointment. You'll be out all weekend. Since I was just at the office in person. Nothing was noted about this closure. Either they need to update their hours or something.

Original Review:
While there have been minor issues. Nothing I think is worth taking stars away. However, this update could change due to future visit.

My Physical Therapist referred me to them. This was after I complained about my current specialist. Basically telling me there was nothing he could do. I would need surgery. When he spent less than 10 minutes with me. Wouldn't listen to what I was trying to say was wrong.

I met with the PA, Kemp. Who was lovely, he recommended I get MRI'S. Because the X-rays didn't show much. But he listened to me.

I had few negative experience starting around here. The place they referred me to for the MRI'S was awful. That whole experience was a nightmare. But not particularly on them.

The office staff is very friendly, but not consistent. I mentioned I was doing something to help the pain. I was wearing a sling, but My work was being awful. I need an actual letter to wear it. First nurse was fine getting it. She didn't put an end date. So I had to recontact them. Second nurse said they couldn't accommodate me to my scheduled appointment. I would have to come earlier. Because no accommodation could be provided until they reviewed the MRI'S. Okay, very annoying.

Moving on, I shall Dr. Pandya. He was very kind, and took time to listen to me again describe the pain I've dealt with for a bit now. He also noticed an issue should have been visible to the other specialist if he even had done a basic physical exam. He explained well what was wrong, and how recovery looked.

I've only had one additional issue. I reached out to them through the patient portal. Asking if it was possible to extend the accommodation now that they have seen the MRI. I forgot to ask while I was at the appointment. I did mention I would be unable to anwser the call back on Thursday. Because I worked the same hours they where open. I reached out again on Friday. To get a message no one was in the office. No warning or heads up. Maybe it was an emergency. Im unsure.“

“I have to say that I’ve been seen by this place for my knees and Dr Golan has been using laser and shockwave and it has been phenomenal on my knees where I’m not feeling any discomfort. I highly recommend coming to this place for any therapy needed.“
