I have been dealing with terrible pain radiating from my right hip to my knee for several years and was inclined to believe I needed to get a hip replacement surgery for that hip (my left one was replaced 2 years ago). I have gone to different clinics for physical therapy, acupuncture, etc. with no significant improvement. A friend recommended I go to Don at Body Mechanics. Don explained that my right hip was misaligned which was doing a number on my IT-band. He worked on aligning my hip and releasing the pressure on my IT-band. I felt immediate relief, amazing!
