I walked in feeling overwhelmed — physically in pain, holding tension, and carrying anxiety I had grown used to calling “normal.” Layer by layer, that weight began to lift.

From the foot detox (which left me feeling surprisingly lighter and clearer) to the massage chair and partial alignment, I could literally feel stress releasing from my body.
