I was prescribed a CPAP machine to help with my sleep Apnea. The initial Healthcare place my order was sent to had absolutely horrible customer service. I had to contact them 4 times in a 3 week span to find out why it was taking so long to receive my machine. Each time I called I had to be placed on a waiting list and they would call me back hours later, to advise they were following up on the order. I called the facility who prescribed the machine and told them I had not received the equipment in the 3 weeks since it was ordered and the place could not advise what was going on with my order.They sent my order over to Apria Healthcare that day and I received a message...read full review

I am patiently waiting for a new mask. After ordering and being told I would get it withinin 2 business days, it has not arrived. It has been 4 days now and still no word on arrival concerning this order.

My interaction with Apria Healthcare was first class. Their team went above and beyond to answer and questions that I had concerning equipment. They were in constant contact with me throughout the ordering process. Great group!!
