“Azalea Home Care was recommended when my father transitioned from a rehabilitation facility to home and needed a great deal of care. The entire staff have been wonderful. The owner took the time to meet me for a consultation and is available for calls/text/email. The nurse liaison met with my father to assess his needs and goals, helped me arrange DME and items he would need at home for care, and has routinely checked in with me to see if we need anything and follows through with assistance and resources. The CNAs working with dad are wonderful! They are friendly, professional, and are doing a great job taking care of my dad. The family portal makes it easy to share information, review schedules and pay the invoice. I am very happy Azalea was recommended and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a home care company.“
