“Peace and Love Everyone,I have been going to level five for 3 mos now. Corey is my PT and has welcomed me in from day 1 as family. I am going through family dilemmas and he remains to be a great support by checking in on me and just being a great support all around (mentally, physically, emotionally, and Spiritually). All the trainers and members treat each other like family. Even the youth that workout here are cool, respectful, encouraging, and give love. Corey sends daily motivational and inspirational texts to all members and provides meal plans. I love the sauna at the end of the workout there. The facility is always clean like a 6 star hotel. All trainers are educated and very experienced in their profession. They are passionate about what they do which makes the experience at 5 level worth every penny (which is affordable btw). I also love that they offer yoga sessions and other exercise options occasionally. You will experience nothing less than respect, rewards, passion, and compassion. Going to L5 really lifts my Spirits and getting a good workout is a cherry on the sundae!!! I highly recommend this place because it’s a life changing experience, which is priceless. “I've been working out with Alton for over 5 years and can say he's wholeheartedly changed my life and my body. I don't have knee and back pain anymore, can do 20+ (real!) pushups in a row, and have a much healthier relationship to my body, exercise and food. I've done all the fads like cross fit, orange theory, spinning etc and felt strong but tight with a lot of stiffness. “I would like to thank Stella for keeping us in shape, both physically and mentally thanks to her CrossFit sessions during the pandemic and our child's toddler years. I was a vivid Crossfitter before and during my pregnancy and was dedicated to keep training as soon as I can after my baby arrived. The reality was different - sleep deprivation and unstructured newborn daily schedule was so exhausting that I made it to the box just few times during first 6 months after the birth. Then the pandemic hit, everything closed and we were forced to home office. Luckily both me and my husband started online training with Stella. Whilst many people had trouble keeping in shape during the pandemic and long home office hours, we became the fittest we have ever been. Training online gave us flexibility to have sessions during lunch break or fit it between the meetings without spending time to commute. In fact the Online setting with Stella suits us so well that we have continued our trainings ever since. Stella is very organised, results of each exercise are stored and we can therefore follow our evolution. Although we could feel being in a better shape without numbers. Last but not least, Stella can adapt exercises to different situations whether small injury or forgetting dumbbells. Her energy and emotional intelligence were key in keeping us on track to achieve our goals.“
