It's a quite neighborhood and close to everything. I love the dog park for my little pup, just wish there was some kind of time limit as to how long you can stay in there because a lot of the time the big dogs occupy the park and I can't take my little one in there. Crystal is awesome and I have had no issues with maintenance, if I have a problem they are usually there to resolve it within a day. My AC went out one evening and I put a ticket in at 8 pm, they came and fixed it that evening. I love it at Vinings Palisades!“

I see young and old people here to attend classes, such as yoga, Zumba, cycling, and swimming. You can prove that you can achieve great results if you come to exercise 3 times a week! The nutritious protein drinks are also my favorite. The facility is well maintained, and they hire handyman service to repair storage cabinet doors and hinges, and shower faucets and soap dispensers regularly, so they are always in good operable condition.“

When I started, I was in rough shape. I was constantly out of breath, and every muscle in my body was on fire after our sessions. Fast forward three months, and the difference is incredible. I’m noticeably stronger, I’m seeing real body recomposition, and something as simple as 30 seconds of jumping jacks, which felt impossible when I started, is now no problem at all.
Kareem is attentive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He makes sure every exercise is performed with proper form, which has helped me build strength safely and confidently. What I appreciate most is that he isn’t just focused on helping you gain muscle or look better. He trains for longevity, mobility, and overall quality of life. At 52 years young, that’s exactly what I was looking for.
He also helped me with my nutrition plan, and honestly, it changed the way I think about food. Instead of eating less, he taught me how to fuel my body properly. With the right amount of protein and balanced nutrition, I’ve been able to support my workouts, continue improving my body composition, and build a healthier relationship with food.

We have become friends and so enjoy our sessions together. I receive many compliments of my transformation, and I owe it all to my trainer Pam. Not only is it great for overall health and self-confidence, but it is such an enjoyable and relaxing time to get to devote time for yourself for self improvement. Pam is a wonderful motivator and gets the job done. I do not have one bad thing to say all good definitely recommend.“

If I lived in Atlanta, I would join in a heartbeat. The gym is small, but has everything you need (good selection of free weights, cardio, and a few machines) and is tastefully decorated in a cool part of the Inman Park area. I really enjoyed the complimentary post workout Keurig/Nespresso, which was a really nice touch. I'll definitely be back for future visits to Atlanta.“

I joined because after 11 years of motherhood and letting my own needs take a backseat, I knew I needed to prioritize my health. I wanted to increase my overall strength and improve cardiovascular endurance, but I had no idea how to begin. Now, after 6 weeks with Corey and Body Design, I have lost 5.2% body fat and gained 5lbs in muscle. My heart rate after the endurance test dropped from 168bpm to 151bpm and I went from being able to do 0 push ups to doing 4 push ups. And my blood pressure dropped too! But most importantly, I feel more confident in knowing that I can do tough workouts and I can do them well! I have learned to make fitness a part of my daily routine. I’ve built the habits that will keep me healthy and strong. And another added bonus is that my migraine headaches have drastically reduced since starting the program. I really appreciate the clear cut program that Body Design offers. Thanks to the workout and nutrition plans, I know exactly what I need to do and eat each day. (PROTEIN!!) And thanks to the monthly testing incorporated into the program, I can clearly see the data that shows my efforts are making a difference. It gives such a boost to my motivation! I appreciate Corey’s professionalism and knowledge. I learned so much from him about fitness, nutrition, and how to maximize my results. I had never worked with a trainer before and I was intimidated by the thought of it, but Corey was so supportive, my nerves faded after the first week. “My primary care doctor for several years recommended that I begin strength training - in addition to walking and yoga. I could not find a way to get started. I love an actual workout class vs me doing it at home and I saw the E5fit sign leaving yonder yoga.
I started the first week of April this year and have gone every week since then. I can feel a difference in my body and especially in my arm strength. I told myself to give it a couple of months before I added more days- I added more days this week. Darrin and all the trainers want you to succeed and want you to push yourself. But not in a way that is hurtful to you or your progress.
