Friendly people, strong programming, and helpful coaches. Unlike most other CrossFit gyms this is not some sweatbox. The equipment is in great condition and they are buying new stuff all the time. They also cater to people of all fitness levels and experiences. You don't have to be a competitive athlete to succeed here.
