Unit 2 Fitness has been a wonderful experience so far. The entire staff was very friendly and attentive. From the first website inquiry to the text messages to greeting me in person for my first class, it has been a positive experience. Coach Ryne is a great instructor. He has been extremely patient with me as I am new to BJJ and how everything works, and it takes me a while for something to sink in. He is also encouraging and makes the class fun and exciting. I look forward to more classes with Coach Ryne and continuing my journey down the BJJ road.

I really love the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing classes at Unit 2! I was searching for a new gym after moving up to Atlanta and was nervous about getting back into BJJ after 3 years off. I was immediately welcomed in and quickly realized I had nothing to be nervous about! The coaches are fun & motivating - Joining has been the best decision I’ve made all year! I highly recommend coming in and trying a class!

I’m a returning member and searched for Unit2. I am more pleased than the first time I was there. The location is easy to get, the facility is very spacious and my work out never fails me. This cannot happen without the Unit2 Team who are amazing!!Cherylyn Griffin
