“I enjoyed the fact that our child was able to learn discipline and defense skills.. the teachers are awesome, the only thing that bothered me was when enrolling in the program, you are not given all information. There is a over $250 cost for sparring gear , there is a $60.00 promotion fee everytime they are to be promoted from white belt to green belt etc.. . this is information i believe should be told to you before you begin so at least you can make an informed decision.“

“Hard workout and reasonably priced! You learn discipline, structure, confidence, and how to defend yourself in the modern age ( and believe me, you fight here!) I lost 50 lbs and dropped my A1C from a 10 to 5.5 working with the trainers and Sensei Chapman. This place changed my life and has become a second home to me so, yeah, I recommend you come down and talk to Sensei Tony and Robert Chapman about a free class. Warning though, this is for adults and kids (8 years old and up) who want a serious workout. We're not training the next generation of Power Rangers! You will get your money's worth and then some!“

They provide classes for every level of martial artist. Since starting my daughter has grown in many areas. Critical thinking, focusing, confidence, and many more.
