After being rejected at Banfield yesterday, I came to you guys, no appointment mind you, and we were squeezed in so the vet could check out the baby girl I found the night before in the middle of the street. Thank you for the empathy we were showed. See you guys next week for follow up with Hazel.
Dr. Grubbs is the best. Been going to him with my animals for about 15 years now. My dog has an immune disorder and thought she was going to need to be put down, but thanks to Dr. Grubbs and all his staff, she is still alive and healthy 3 years later. The boarding staff is also so kind. They have kept my dogs and cats everytime I travel and always keep me updated on how my animals are doing while in their care.
Took my cats to get spayed and neutered and everything went well! The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous! I spoke to 3 different people and all were professional and helpful.
