“When i woke up my ac would not turn off on the panel and when i flip the ac breaker still going i had to cut the power to the whole house when i call deal's i was almost in tears the lady who answered the call was so nice she said some will be out there by 10,on time Monroe called saying he was on his way, he was super nice very professional and fixed the problem, i usually don't write reviews but i had to let everyone know how great deal's and their staff are? thanks again Deal's and Monroe“

She calls me personally and reminds me when it’s time for maintenance. Never charges until things are completely fixed, and is my most pleasant vendor. I know her personally, and to call this company racist and rude is such an off point statement. They are the absolute opposite. I’d trust this company with any situation and know dozens of businesses who feel the same way.
