Mason, the tech who came out, was very respectful & professional. He took his time explaining to me everything he was doing & checking, and then made recommendations to optimize my system. I never felt like I was being “sold product”, but educated on where my system was doing well and where it might be improved.

My 30+ year old home HVAC system had seen better days, and, after a service call early this winter by JD Heating and Air, the technician recommended that I replace my entire system. They sent me two estimates, and, after doing some research online, I found that their estimates were completely in line with what the average cost of such a replacement would be. I scheduled the work to be done, and was amazed that the JD Heating and Air team was able to complete the work in one day. The men that installed our 2 units were great Christian men and they were very professional. The work and price were #1 the best. Will recommend JD heating and air to anyone needing new install or repair. They put customer first.
