JD Heating and Air was a pleasure to work with. They had a technician out very quick after I called to schedule a routine inspection. Mason showed up right on time. He was polite, friendly, and very professional. He explained all the work he was doing and answered all questions I presented him with. He discovered and replaced a faulty part under warranty saving us a headache in the future. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC work.
First experience with this company. I called in with my heat not working and while they were quite busy that day, they still made time to come out and take care of us. Professional and reasonable. Will definitely use again.
