I came home late in the evening on a Friday night to find that the air conditioning was not working. I had just been up all night putting my husband in the hospital, while taking my mother to a nursing home that same afternoon. The broken AC was about to break me! I called Kennedy’s and they came the next morning at 9:00am and had it fixed in 15 minutes. Mr Frankie is just fabulous. I so, so appreciate their willingness to service emergencies!❤
Mr Kennedy himself came to my home to give me an estimate which I received in writing the next day. I purchased the two stage Carrier. It was installed on the day they told me. A crew of energetic technicians worked all day to do it right. When I had questions after the installation a gentleman named Adam (who obviously was a HVAC Jedi) came to make sure my questions were answered and gave the installation a quality inspection. No need to shop another company in Statesboro. These guys are the real deal. The heat just hit and my HVAC is controlling the heat and humidity. So happy I chose this company.
