“Debra Johnston is the BEST residential realtor I've ever worked with. She went well above and beyond what the average realtor would do, to bring the sale to a close. She was fair to not only us, the sellers, but to the buyer, as well. She was hands on throughout the process and thoroughly involved with meeting inspectors, vendors, repair companies, etc. on numerous occasions. Without her, the sale would not have gone through. The history: The house is over 60 years old and is a Mid Century Modern home designed by our uncle, Ben Hirsch. This neighborhood consists mainly of teardown of these older houses, where the lot is used to build mega mansions.
